Do I need Digital phones or IP phones ?
This in most cases is preferred by you however, over the years to come, Digital phones will be a thing of the past. IP phones have come a long way and offer better features and HD sound when used with SIP lines. Digital phones can still be used with some network able systems (Called Hybrid systems) and can be a good form of redundant call ability. Dedicated IP phone systems can be at the mercy of a down or problematic on site network. IP phones may be your only choice in the years to come however, its best we talk with you so you can better decide what direction to take

Do I need a Hosted or Cloud based phone system ?
This decision can sometimes be a difficult one, this is a decision you will need to make. Hosted or cloud based systems are a alternative to the conventional on site ( Customer owned) system. With conventional (customer owned phone systems) you will have the control of what phone service provider you choose. You will also have all company voice messages and data base files on your sites system and not in a cloud. You also have control as to what vendor you use to maintain the unit. Local phone vendors benefit you from the years of technical and programming knowledge they posses with on site systems. Hosted or cloud based systems give you less control however many services let you make some modifications to your system online. With a hosted setup all that is required at your office end is the IP phones necessary to fulfill the businesses calling needs. You must determine if such a setup is feasible for the business. You must also remember you will not have the convenience of the phone vendor to help with every specific tasks as you may think.

We need our phones replaced and have a lot of phones is this a problem ? Will we have any down time ?
We can size a Conventional premises or Hosted system to fit your needs, anything from 2 phones to a few hundred phones. Downtime should be at a minimum. We try to keep you on your old unit until your new system is ready for a cut over and that can vary from as little as 10 to 20 minutes and may increase a bit depending on how many phones in the building and how fast a PRI or SIP provider can help convert over too. In most cases we have units back and running in less than a hour so that you can take calls until everything is worked out.

We are moving and found out the building isn't cabled, can you help ?
Yes, we can recable or add on to any cabling needed to complete your task. We can also perform new construction build outs if needed along with any village permitting and bonding requirements.

We replaced our phone system with a Hosted unit and now the paging is a problem or no longer works now what do we do?
Hosted systems may need a form of adapting to relay paging audio over a existing paging amplifier. Some Hosted providers may have overlooked this during the sale. The installers may not have had working knowledge of a commercial paging system and cant get the original amp to work or you have other problems such as echos, unwanted sounds, or your left needing to replace the entire incompatible unit. We can only suggest you ask this question before you purchase a Hosted unit.

We have a Hosted phone system and we are not happy with it. We have made the decision to purchase and go back to a "Onsite" phone system again, how can we transition back ?
Yes, we will need to check a few things at your site first. Give us a call. Contact Us
